Coconut Keto Fat Bombs

These little gems are so delicious and so incredibly easy to make. And they taste very very close to Raffaelos. I developed these when I helped someone implement a ketogenic diet. It is not always easy to reach a certain percentage of fat a day, and these fat bombs are just such a delicious way to make your life easier. They are also perfect for anyone who has a hard time gaining weight and needs to add more calories to their diet. For everyone else, these are simply delicious and such a fun treat without any added sugar. Not even any keto sweetener. I find that the coconut butter gives enough sweetness and my dad who has more of a sweet tooth than I agrees.

You will only need 3 ingredients for these fat bombs, and the best part is that they are AIP, Paleo, gluten, dairy, and nut-free.

  2. Take about a teaspoon and form a ball. Continue with the rest of the dough. Place 2 Tbsp of shredded coconut on a plate and coat the finished balls in shredded coconut.

Recipe Substitutions

  • Coconut oil: You can also use almond butter instead of coconut oil. The balls will look more off white than the ones in the picture, but they are delicious as well.
  • Make it sweeter: You can add a sweetener of your choice if you prefer them sweeter. I personally don’t think it is necessary but we are all different. If you follow a keto diet make sure to use keto sweeteners. Otherwise you could also use honey to sweeten them more.
