Method
- Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and combine. Use your hands to form a smooth dough.
- Take about a teaspoon and form a ball. Continue with the rest of the dough. Place 2 Tbsp of shredded coconut on a plate and coat the finished balls in shredded coconut.
- Store the finished keto bombs in the fridge for 10 minutes or until hardened. Enjoy or store in the fridge until use.
