I help women with food sensitivities and autoimmune diseases overcome digestive discomfort, cravings, and fatigue so they can enjoy food and life again.
You feel like your health is holding you back from living your best life.
You are canceling events and you don’t feel like socializing because of your dietary restrictions.
Your energy is missing in action, you constantly feel tired and hangry.
You are bloated and struggle with digestive issues .
New weird symptoms seem to be popping up out of nowhere.
You spend all of your time googling your symptoms.
You have eliminated so many foods that you only have a handful left.
You are confused about the different conflicting dietary advice out there.
You feel better eating a certain way but can’t seem to stick to it long term.
You are stuck on an elimination diet and need help with reintroducing foods.
But, you don’t have to do it alone! And you don’t have to live your life feeling “meh”.
That is where I come in. I will help you take out the guesswork by providing you with the tools you need to succeed. So that you have time to spend on the things that really matter to you.
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and a certified Autoimmune Paleo Coach.
My passion is to support women like you on their healing journey. I know how lonely and hard that road can be from my own experience and I am here to cut through all the noise and confusion and be a fierce advocate for you. I have seen the tremendous power of nutritional therapy on my own health and in my work with clients. Healing is possible when your body is given an environment to thrive.
Besides being a nutrition and health nerd I am also a foodie, and I don’t believe in deprivation. Eating should be fun and enjoyable and I will show you how to make that work even with food sensitivities.
Nutritional Therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle.
Our bodies have the incredible ability to restore, regenerate, and correct themselves when given the tools and nutrients to do so.
Unfortunately in our modern world our lifestyle, nutrition and environmental toxins are putting a tremendous burden on our bodies. The goal with nutritional therapy is to restore balance and give your body what it needs to function properly – this is when healing can occur.
We do this by working on the foundations such as focusing on a properly prepared nutrient-dense diet, proper hydration, optimizing digestion, and blood sugar regulation. Since the approach will be holistic we will also work on lifestyle changes such as quality sleep, movement, stress management, and environmental toxins. Nutritional therapy does not subscribe to a specific type of diet. We honor your ancestry and will figure out what kind of diet works best for you.

it whispers, so you don’t
have to hear it scream.”

In nutritional therapy, we can identify imbalances and how to support your body get back in balance. I will create a program to target your nutritional needs. This takes out the guesswork for you and gets to the root cause.
But how do I make sure to implement this protocol successfully? This is where health coaching comes into play. Roadblocks happen, life happens, you get busy, you forget to cook, you have trouble sticking to the protocol. These are all learning opportunities that I can coach you through, to identify triggers and root causes. This work will help to make sure lifestyle changes stick and gives you the tools to work through roadblocks yourself in the future.
I am also an AIP coach, and if I identify that the AIP protocol would be beneficial to you, I will make a recommendation. If you are already on the AIP I can help you navigate it and most importantly help you successfully reintroduce foods back in, which is the hardest part to do on your own.
Let’s get on the phone to find out if working together would be the right fit.
Yes absolutely. I prefer if my clients are working with someone who can really dig deep into other root causes. I find that nutritional therapy and functional medicine or naturopathic medicine complement each other well. We would work on the foundations, something everyone needs to do anyway. And your doctor can help you really get to other root causes and use labs that I don’t do. I would also help you to advocate for yourself if that is something that would come up.
In my experience, this won’t work. Change takes time and I wouldn’t want you to leave without getting all the tools. I specifically designed the program to cover all the bases in an appropriate amount of time according to what I have seen works best. If you are unsure and your circumstances are very specific, let’s chat in a free discovery call and see what the best course of action would be.
That is totally up to you. I cannot do the work for you. Common results people have experienced after working with me are improved energy, improved digestion, less joint pain, more confidence in the kitchen, more knowledge about how their body works, how to advocate for yourself and what kind of foods work well for you, identifying food sensitivities, expanding your diet and reintroducing foods. There are however no guarantees with nutritional therapy. Sometimes there are more underlying issues going on, that I cannot diagnose or treat. But I can help to point you in the right direction and help you get the right care. If this happens you will still benefit from the work we did, because the foundations have to be dialed in no matter what. When you go see a doctor you can then already rule out some of the basics and go straight to the underlying problem.
No. Although I like many elements of a balanced paleo diet, what I believe in most is bio-individuality. Everyone is different genetically and circumstantially and therefore has unique dietary needs. When working with me one-on-one, your program will be tailored to YOUR specific needs and circumstances. I don’t believe in diet dogmas and together we will find the diet and lifestyle that works best for you.
