Berry Smoothie Bowl

This delicious berry smoothie bowl is a great yogurt substitute for people that cannot eat dairy. It is packed with healthy fats and fruits.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (yellow banana (not overripe))
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • 5 organic strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp organic blueberriess
  • 1/2 can fullfat coconut milk ((additive free), scoop out the the solid part on top of the coconut milk can)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. With a spoon, scoop the thick creamy part of the coconut milk and put it in the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
