1 banana (yellow banana (not overripe))
1/2 avocado
1/2 mango
5 organic strawberries
2 Tbsp organic blueberriess
1/2 can fullfat coconut milk ((additive free), scoop out the the solid part on top of the coconut milk can)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Method
With a spoon, scoop the thick creamy part of the coconut milk and put it in the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
