This delicious hot drink is a real anti inflammatory and antioxidant bomb featuring turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. It is paleo, AIP and dairy free.
Ingredients
Method
- Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium/high heat.
- Chop the ginger and add it to the milk.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon and honey and whisk together.
- Once the latte is hot pour it into small cups.
- Enjoy!
