Turmeric Cinnamon Latte
This delicious hot drink is a real anti inflammatory and antioxidant bomb featuring turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. It is paleo, AIP and dairy free.

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk (full fat)
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp honey
water ((optional, if you would like your latte less creamy))
Method
Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium/high heat.
Chop the ginger and add it to the milk.
Add turmeric, cinnamon and honey and whisk together.
Once the latte is hot pour it into small cups.
Enjoy!
