Turmeric Cinnamon Latte

This delicious hot drink is a real anti inflammatory and antioxidant bomb featuring turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. It is paleo, AIP and dairy free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk (full fat)
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • water ((optional, if you would like your latte less creamy))

Method
 

  1. Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium/high heat.
  2. Chop the ginger and add it to the milk.
  3. Add turmeric, cinnamon and honey and whisk together.
  4. Once the latte is hot pour it into small cups.
  5. Enjoy!
