This delicious creamy and filling raspberry smoothie is the perfect start into the day. It is free from dairy, paleo and AIP friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (cut in chunks)
  • 1 cup raspberries (organic)
  • 4 strawberries (organic)
  • 1 can coconut milk (fullfat)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and cut)

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender (liquid ingredients first).
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
