Kale Smoothie

This creamy, nutrient dense smoothie features some of the healthiest ingredients like avocado, kale, ginger, and lemon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk ((no additives, simply water and coconut))
  • 3 leaves curly kale
  • 2 leaves dinosaur kale
  • 1 avocado (small (or half a big one))
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla ((alcohol-free if you are on the AIP))

Method
 

  1. Remove the stems of the kale. Roughly, chop the veggies and fruits.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender (liquid ingredients first).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
