What makes this a good dairy free dip for AIP and Paleo?

This dairy free dip uses coconut yogurt as the base instead of sour cream or Greek yogurt, which makes it 100% dairy free, AIP-compliant, and Paleo. It is also gluten free and soy free. The fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives) keep it bright and savory without any reliance on dairy fat for richness.
