Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets, peel garlic and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the vegetables halfway through.
- Let cool off. Place vegetables and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
