This creamy protein shake is the perfect quick meal. It is packed with healthy fats, protein vitamins, antioxidants and it tastes like buttermilk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries ((or your favorite fruit))
  • powdered supplement ((optional))

Method
 

  1. Add the coconut milk, protein powder, raspberries and optionally a powdered supplement to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy
