Ingredients
2 avocados (ripe)
2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp fresh organic cilantro (finely chopped)
1/2 lemon squeezed (if you prefer lime use 1 lime)
sea salt and pepper ((omit pepper if you are AIP))
Method
Peel and cut the avocado and mash with a fork in a medium sized bowl
Add the onion, cilantro and lemon juice (or lime)
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to your liking
Enjoy as a dip, with chips or raw veggies
