4 pasture raised eggs (hard boiled)
1/2 avocado ((or more if you want it creamier))
2 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
sea salt and pepper
Method
Mash avocado in a medium bowl, add lemon and mix well.
Peel and cut eggs into very small cubes.
Mix egg with mashed avocado and stir until you have a creamy egg salad.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
