Ingredients
1 cup cilantro ((packed))
1 cup parsley ((packed))
1/2 medium size avocado ((try 1 avocado for a creamier version))
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 shallot
1 clove garlic ((try 2 if you like it more spicy))
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Serve with your favorite protein
