Protein Shake "Buttermilk"

This creamy protein shake is the perfect quick meal. It is packed with healthy fats, protein vitamins, antioxidants and it tastes like buttermilk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk full fat
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or your favorite fruit)
  • powdered supplement (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut milk, protein powder, raspberries and optionally a powdered supplement to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy

Notes

If you are taking supplements in powdered form, shakes are also a great way to "hide" them in. Always make sure to talk to your doctor before taking any supplements.
