gnocchi(use this recipe), or store bought (most store bought gnocchi contain potatoes and regular flour!)
2Tbspavocado oil
a handfulfresh sage(or as much as you desire)
sea salt
pepper
Instructions
Make the gnocchi by following this recipe. Alternatively use store bought ones and boil in lightly salted water for 1-2 minutes or until they are floating on top of the water and drain.
In a large pan heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add the gnocchi (make sure they are not watery) and fry until golden brown on both sides. After a few minutes of frying add fresh sage to the pan (as much as you desire). If you have a lot of gnocchi you might have to fry them in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
