  • ice cubes (optional)

Cucumber Lemon Mint Water

  • 1/2 cup organic mint leaves

Instructions

For the Strawberry Lime Mint Water:

  • Wash and cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on the size. Wash and slice the lime. Slap the mint leaves to get more flavor out. Add everything to a half gallon jar or pitcher and fill with water. Optionally add ice cubes. Chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger flavor chill for a couple of hours.

For the Cucumber Lemon Mint Water:

  • Wash and slice the cucumbers. Wash and slice the lemon. Slap the mint leaves to get more flavor out. Add everything to a half gallon jar or pitcher and fill with water. Optionally add ice cubes. Chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger flavor chill for a couple of hours.

Notes

  • You can adjust the intensity of the flavor by adding more or fewer fruits, herbs or veggies or letting it infuse for a longer period of time.
  • Use your favorite combination of fruits, veggies, and herbs that are in season. Cucumber and mint are very refreshing and fruits add sweetness to the water.
  • Add ice cubes to the mix and or chill in the fridge for a couple of hours to make it really cold.
  • Use sparkling water instead of regular water to add some fizz.
