Turmeric Marinated Salmon
This turmeric marinated salmon recipe is delicious and easy to prepare. It is perfect for your weekly food prep. It is also AIP, Paleo gluten and dairy free.

- 2 lbs wild caught salmon
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper (omit on AIP)
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 lemon
- himalayan pink salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place fish on a parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Season with turmeric powder. Feel free to adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. Drizzle with lemon juice and finish up by seasoning with salt.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is starting to flake.
