Healthy Egg Salad

- 4 pasture raised eggs hard boiled
- 1/2 avocado (or more if you want it creamier)
- 2 tsp lemon juice fresh
- sea salt and pepper
Mash avocado in a medium bowl, add lemon and mix well.
Peel and cut eggs into very small cubes.
Mix egg with mashed avocado and stir until you have a creamy egg salad.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
