Aioli Avocado Dip
This aioli avocado dip is creamy, rich, and garlicky. Dip fries into it, put it on a burger, use it as a condiment for meat to make any dish taste a lot more delicious. It is easy to make - you won't need a mortar. The recipe is gluten and dairy-free, egg-free, Paleo, and AIP.
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 small lemon (juice)
- 1/2 small haas avocado
- 6 Tbsp coconut yogurt
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blend with an immersion blender.
Taste and salt more if you'd like, orr adjust to your liking.
Variation notes: Start with 2 garlic cloves to see how garlicky you want it and work your way up. If you like the dip thicker start with 2 Tbsp olive oil first. For more variations and substitutions see text above.
