Coconut Keto Fat Bombs
These coconut keto fat bombs are an amazingly easy, quick, and super delicious fat snack. You only need 3 ingredients and they taste like Raffaleos but have zero sweeteners. These gems are keto, AIP, Paleo, gluten, dairy, and nut-free.

- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (2 more Tbsp for coating the balls)
Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and combine. Use your hands to form a smooth dough.
Take about a teaspoon and form a ball. Continue with the rest of the dough. Place 2 Tbsp of shredded coconut on a plate and coat the finished balls in shredded coconut.
Store the finished keto bombs in the fridge for 10 minutes or until hardened. Enjoy or store in the fridge until use.
