Coconut Keto Fat Bombs

These coconut keto fat bombs are an amazingly easy, quick, and super delicious fat snack. You only need 3 ingredients and they taste like Raffaleos but have zero sweeteners. These gems are keto, AIP, Paleo, gluten, dairy, and nut-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (2 more Tbsp for coating the balls)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and combine. Use your hands to form a smooth dough.
  • Take about a teaspoon and form a ball. Continue with the rest of the dough. Place 2 Tbsp of shredded coconut on a plate and coat the finished balls in shredded coconut.
  • Store the finished keto bombs in the fridge for 10 minutes or until hardened. Enjoy or store in the fridge until use.
