Easter Brunch Menu (ENJOY Cookbook)

I wrote my first cookbook “Enjoy – healthy festive foods for you and your loved ones” because I found that special occasions were the hardest to tackle when you have food restrictions. Whether you are following a specific diet simply because you want to be healthy and because you feel much better avoiding grains, dairy or gluten for example, or if you have to follow a specific diet because of allergies, intolerances or an autoimmune disease, special occasions tend to be those days that can cause a lot of emotional distress or slip-ups that you have to pay for later on.

That’s why I made it my mission to recreate my favorite special occasion foods and write my first cookbook so that you too can enjoy celebrations without regrets or deprivation.

Now that Easter is right around the corner, here is my Easter Brunch Menu suggestion from the “ENJOY” cookbook. If you don’t have the book yet you are in luck. I will send you these recipes via PDF to your inbox when you purchase it so that you can enjoy your Easter celebration with delicious foods.

All recipes are gluten and dairy free, and paleo. And because it is Earth Day on Monday you can get extra excited because the book has been printed on 100 % post-consumer recycled paper, 100 chlorine free and is shipped with compostable materials.

You can get the book here.
